Story & heritage
Amrapali London's official Mini Rajasthan page calls the collection a homage to Rajasthan's architecture and the character of its people. It is the brand's most explicit bridge between Jaipur's royal decorative language and contemporary fine jewellery proportions.
The family spans drops, climbers, studs, bracelets, pendants and tennis pieces, which makes it less a single design than a portable vocabulary: coloured sapphires, 18k gold and a dark oxidized edge scaled for modern wear.
Materials & craft
The official collection description specifies multi-coloured sapphires set in 18k gold with a touch of black rhodium. NET-A-PORTER's hoop-earring page lists rhodium-plated 18-karat gold, blue sapphires and diamonds, with 3.65 carats of sapphires and 0.20 carats of diamonds for that offer.
How to choose & style
Choose earrings when you want the collection's colour close to the face; choose the pendant or bracelet when the outfit already has embroidery or print. The black-rhodium edge gives the pieces definition, so they work especially well against ivory, black and saturated jewel tones.
