Story & heritage
Beulah calls the Calla a much-loved style and brings it back in the current season as a navy polka-dot midi. It reads as a softer shirt dress: refined enough for weddings, race days and workwear, but less formal than the structured wool crepe classics.
Materials & craft
The official Calla is made in silk crepe de chine and uses a midi length, lace detailing at the collar and a button-up front. The polka-dot print keeps the dress within Beulah’s feminine eventwear vocabulary.
How to choose & style
Calla is strongest with simple accessories: navy or tan shoes for daytime, black or metallic for evening. The collar detail rewards an updo or low ponytail because the neckline is part of the design.
