Story & heritage
Bode's slipper family pushes the house-shoe idea toward novelty and souvenir craft. The Floral Souvenir Slippers are officially described as a historical reproduction of silk slippers from the 1900s.
Rabbit and Duck slippers add the brand's playful animal vocabulary, keeping the domestic-shoe reference but making it unmistakably characterful.
Materials & craft
The Floral Souvenir Slippers are fully handmade, embroidered with a green-and-pink floral pattern, and made in India from 100% viscose. Rabbit and Duck slippers are wool-blend felt with leather soles, fleece lining, and Bode embroidery on the back.
Both directions keep Bode's archive logic intact: a historical slipper shape or folk-animal form updated as a wearable object.
How to choose & style
Let souvenir slippers be knowingly odd: wear them with cropped denim, wide chinos, or linen sets rather than formal tailoring.
Floral embroidery feels more elegant; Rabbit and Duck versions are deliberately whimsical and best treated like a wink.
