Manta Seeker
The urban-diver Manta expression with a knurled bezel, canvas strap and orange minute hand.
Story & heritage
Breil began in Milan in 1939 and introduced its first wristwatch in 1942; its modern identity is built around steel watches and jewellery, with steel jewellery added in 2001.
The official Manta Seeker description connects the watch to the robustness of the original Manta divers while giving it a more urban, refined aesthetic.
Materials & craft
Official specifications list a TMI VJ42 quartz movement, a 42 mm gun-coloured stainless-steel case, matte finishing, 20 ATM water resistance, a unidirectional knurled rotating bezel, crown at 4 o’clock, screw-down case back, and a striped canvas strap.
How to choose & style
This is the everyday tool-watch option in the Breil set: wear it with denim, overshirts, technical jackets or black tailoring where the orange minute hand can break the surface.
