Story & heritage
First launched in 1998, Bvlgari Aluminium challenged the idea that a luxury sport watch had to be steel or precious metal. Its aluminium case and black rubber bezel became the point.
The current automatic version keeps the same universal, graphic language: light case, rubber bracelet, and the BVLGARI BVLGARI bezel as a billboard around the dial.
Materials & craft
The official black automatic model has a 40 mm aluminium and titanium case, black rubber bezel with BVLGARI BVLGARI engraving, black dial, black rubber bracelet, 42-hour power reserve and 100 m water resistance.
How to choose & style
It is Bulgari’s casual watch: strong with denim, technical outerwear and summer tailoring. The black automatic is the classic; chronograph and coloured-dial editions bring the design closer to motorsport.
