Story & heritage
Linden marks Christopher John Rogers’s first foray into accessories, according to the official product page. The frame was developed with Austrian eyewear brand Andy Wolf and named for the street of the brand’s first Brooklyn studio.
The shape nods to vintage mid-century eyewear while keeping the exaggerated, unisex personality expected from Rogers.
Materials & craft
The Linden Sunglasses are made in Austria with an acetate frame and CR39 ZEISS lenses. Official sizing lists a 56mm lens width, 54mm lens height, 18mm bridge, 145mm temple length and 152mm total width.
How to choose & style
Black is the easiest frame to make permanent; the bolder colours work like jewelry with Rogers’s knits and dresses. The scale is generous, so keep other face-framing accessories minimal.
