Story & heritage
Citizen introduced Eco-Drive in 1995, and the technology became central to the brand. In 2016 Citizen introduced Eco-Drive One, described in the brand history as the world's thinnest light-powered watch with a 1 mm-thick movement.
AQ5010-01A carries that idea as a dress watch: the official page frames it through thinness, light-powered convenience and a restrained black-and-silver layout.
Materials & craft
Official specifications list a stainless-steel case, black leather strap, sapphire crystal and Eco-Drive movement that runs on light. The important craft cue is proportion: an extremely shallow case, narrow bezel and low-profile strap keep the watch visually flat.
