Story & heritage
Kerry O'Brien introduced Commando's raw-cut undergarments in 2005, after first building a business around removable bra inserts. The Classic Solid Thong is the clearest expression of that founding idea: underwear designed to disappear under clothes by removing seams, elastic, trim and taping.
The official product page calls it Commando's original raw-cut thong, and the brand's own tags mark it as a best seller in the microfiber intimates family. That makes it the essential starting point for the house: small, technical, and built around the promise of no visible panty lines.

How to choose & style
Choose the skin-tone shade closest to your base layer when the goal is invisibility; black reads cleaner under opaque tailoring. The single is the drawer staple, while three-, five- and ten-packs make sense once the fit is proven.
