Story & heritage
Desigual began collaborating with French couturier Christian Lacroix in 2011, folding his theatrical print vocabulary into the Barcelona brand’s colour-first wardrobe. This crossbody is the handbag expression of that long-running line: graphic, compact, and intentionally high-impact.
The official SS26 product is described as a canvas crossbody bag in khaki, black and green, designed by Monsieur Christian Lacroix and licensed as M. C. Lacroix. It keeps the silhouette practical while giving the print the whole surface.
Materials & craft
The bag uses canvas fabric with a multicolour graphic print, a top zip fastening and a long adjustable shoulder strap. Desigual lists its measurements as 28 x 18 x 25 cm, making it a medium crossbody rather than an oversized tote.
How to choose & style
Wear it as the print anchor: black linen, washed denim or a plain slip dress gives the Lacroix artwork room to breathe. Crossbody carry keeps the volume relaxed; shoulder carry makes it read more polished.
