Story & heritage
The Baggy Jean is another denim piece in the brand’s official Classics and Jeans edits, extending Eckhaus Latta’s core denim language into a deliberately looser silhouette.
It carries the label’s interest in familiar garments that become strange through proportion: a classic jean, but with the rear pocket and utility details enlarged.
Materials & craft
The official New Blue description names an enzyme wash with over-dyed indigo, signature back pockets exaggerated in scale, a carpenter’s hammer loop on the back left pocket, nickel hardware, a zip fly and a logo shank.
Those construction points give the jean its recognisable utility read without turning it into workwear costume.
How to choose & style
Keep the top compact when the pocket scale is the focus: baby tees, fitted tanks and cropped knits make the baggier leg intentional.
For a looser full look, pair it with the Snatched Hoodie or a shrunken cardigan so the waist still has shape.
