Story & heritage
GCDS began in Milan in 2015 with Giuliano and Giordano Calza, and the brand's first products were small-run sweatshirts carrying the GCDS letters. The Band Logo Crewneck turns that origin into a permanent house code: direct, graphic and built around the name itself.
Official current-season listings mark Band Logo pieces as CARRYOVER_Icon, which makes the line less a seasonal graphic than a continuing uniform for the brand's logo-driven streetwear.
Materials & craft
The current crewneck is described by GCDS as a long-sleeved sweatshirt with a contrasting silk-screen printed logo band inlaid on the front, back and sleeves. The official product data lists cotton construction and a regular fit.
How to choose & style
Wear it like a graphic knit rather than a basic sweatshirt: the band logo does the outfit's work, so plain denim, loose tailoring or a mini skirt keep the silhouette sharp. Black is the archive-minded choice; pink or red pushes the brand's pop register.
