Story & heritage
Jaded London describes the Colossus as its take on an iconic baggy silhouette linked to 1990s and early-2000s skate, hip-hop and rave subcultures. For a label founded in 2013 by siblings Jade and Grant Goulden, the fit has become a direct expression of the brand’s UK streetwear identity.
The current Washed Black version keeps that idea in a stripped-back, core form: low-rise, wide through the leg, and built to puddle over shoes rather than sit neatly at the ankle.
Materials & craft
The official product page specifies heavyweight non-stretch denim, five-pocket styling, belt loops and a zip-fly closure. Darted knees and an extreme wash push the leg into the exaggerated Colossus profile without adding extra hardware or trims.
How to choose & style
This is the purest entry point into Jaded denim: pair it with a compact tee or cropped knit so the volume stays focused on the leg. Clean black or grey footwear keeps the wash looking deliberate rather than costume-like.
