Lamoda is one of Russia's largest fashion retailers, combining an online platform with a retail chain. The company was founded in 2011.

Founded by four German entrepreneurs — Niels Tonsen, Florian Jansen, Burkhard Binder and Dominik Picker — Lamoda expanded into Kazakhstan in 2012 and Ukraine in 2013, and from 2014 to 2022 sat within the Global Fashion Group. Since December 2022 it has been owned by Yakov Panchenko through JSC LM Holding.

By 2024 the platform carried more than 10 million products from over 4,000 brands, and it launched offline stores under the Lamoda Sport name, exceeding 90 locations across Russia by April 2024. Maxim Grishakov became CEO in 2023.
