Story & heritage
Teva Naot is an Israeli shoe and sandal manufacturer based at Kibbutz Neot Mordechai. Naot opened in 1942 as a kibbutz factory and became known for flexible comfort footwear with special insoles that conform to the shape of the foot. Mikael keeps that comfort-first DNA visible in a modern, easy-to-wear silhouette.
The Mikael is a completely adjustable slide sandal with two buckle straps.
Materials & craft
Naot's removable, anatomic cork and latex footbed is wrapped in pampering suede and molds to the shape of the foot with wear.
The product page notes APMA acceptance, and the footbed is designed to mold to the foot over time.
