Story & heritage
Scott’s history says the company entered the motocross goggle market in 1970 with the first motocross-specific goggle. The Prospect 2.0 AMP Chrome is the current flagship continuation of that idea.
The official page calls Prospect 2.0 AMP Chrome the second generation of Scott’s flagship motocross goggle and centers it on quick lens changes, field of vision and race-day protection.
Materials & craft
The Prospect 2.0 AMP Chrome uses Amplifier lens technology, a Quick Lens Release System, Lens Lock System, articulated outriggers, NoSweat three-layer face foam and an extra-wide no-slip silicone strap. Scott lists 100% UV protection and NoFog anti-fog treatment among its lens technologies.
How to choose & style
Pair Prospect with helmets and jerseys where contrast matters: chrome lenses are the statement, black frames are the anchor. Clear or lighter lenses make sense when the kit is already loud.
