Ulta and Macy’s both describe the formula as non-drying and weightless, with waterproof wear that stays plush for 8 hours. Retail copy says it is infused with Primer Oil Complex, a blend of jojoba, apricot and sunflower oils, and uses a precision tip applicator to line and fill lips in one swipe.
