Story & heritage
Bonbon arrived in spring 2014, the year Viktor&Rolf explored Bonbon in couture as well as fragrance. Official copy describes the perfume as a pure pursuit of pleasure, while the bow-shaped bottle echoes the designers’ recurring ribbon motif.
The fragrance became the house’s gourmand counterpoint to Flowerbomb: softer, more confectionery, and immediately identifiable by its sculptural pink bow.
Materials & craft
Official notes list caramel, mandarin, and orange blossom. The house describes the caramel accord as evolving from sharper top notes into a softer, milkier heart and deeper base.
How to choose & style
Wear it as a signature when the note family matches the day: the Flowerbomb line reads more floral and feminine, Bonbon leans gourmand, Good Fortune feels amber-floral, and Spicebomb works best when spice and warmth are wanted. Choose smaller sizes for testing and the larger bottles only once the opening and dry-down both feel right on skin.
