Story & heritage
The FBT is visvim's signature footwear form: a modern moccasin rebuilt on a sneaker sole. The brand's own history identifies it as inspired by moccasins worn by Terry Hall of Fun Boy Three, while GQ described it as the label's most recognisable moccasin/sneaker hybrid.
This Lhamo-Folk edition keeps the fringe-forward silhouette but folds it into visvim's Folk vocabulary of natural leathers, hand work, cork comfort and a replaceable-feeling craft attitude.
Materials & craft
The official North American store lists French vegetable-tanned lamb leather, a hand-sewn upper, pigment-free leather lining, TPU heel stabilizer, EVA midsole and Vibram outsole.
How to choose & style
Wear it as the softest alternative to a sneaker: cropped denim, fatigue trousers and washed chinos let the fringe sit cleanly at the ankle. Sand and camel read closest to the moccasin origin; black makes the shape sharper and less nostalgic.
