Story & heritage
Mercy sits with Lorna and Molly in the Forever family that Vogue Business named among Agent Provocateur’s successful carryover styles. It is the house’s most direct expression of corsetry: structured, recognisable and designed to read as clothing as much as lingerie.
The official page frames Mercy around body-sculpting panelling, signature embroidery and a classic busk fastening — the ingredients that make the corset feel permanent rather than seasonal.
Materials & craft
The corset uses embroidered shell, mesh, lace and back-panel stretch, with padded cups, AP boning, silk binding and detachable suspender and shoulder straps. The busk front gives the piece its historic corsetry cue while the removable straps let it shift between lingerie set and outerwear styling.
How to choose & style
Mercy works best as the structured centre of a look: under a blazer, over a narrow skirt, or paired with simple black trousers. Keep jewellery spare so the busk hardware and embroidery remain the focus.
