Simple Jacket
The quietly skewed utility jacket that best explains the brand’s plain-name, wrong-detail vocabulary.

Story & heritage
Simple Jackets are one of the signature item names singled out by Highsnobiety in its Camiel Fortgens SS26 coverage.
The product turns an ordinary lightweight jacket into a Fortgens object: familiar from a distance, but cut with asymmetrical seams, raw edges and deliberately visible construction choices up close.
Materials & craft
Official copy lists asymmetrical front-panel seams, a flat collar, angled welt pockets, a drawstring hem and a hidden zip closure with windflap and snap buttons.
The current sand technical-twill version is specified as 100% polyester and Made in Bulgaria, with reversed folded raw edge sleeve hems.
How to choose & style
It works as the brand’s everyday shell: throw it over rib tees and huge shorts, or let it break up tailored trousers without becoming outdoor gear.
The sand version is softer and more workwear-adjacent; navy feels closer to a technical blouson.
