Story & heritage
CAMILLA AND MARC was launched in 2003 at Australian Fashion Week by Sydney siblings Camilla Freeman-Topper and Marc Freeman. The label is grounded in the tension Wikipedia records for the house: masculine tailoring shaped into feminine silhouettes.
Carolyn gives the tailoring wardrobe its flat shoe: structured enough for suiting, but easier than a pump for everyday movement.
Materials & craft
The official product page lists a square-toe slip-on loafer in black Italian leather, contrast piping, collapsible heel, suede outer, sheep-leather lining, Italian manufacture and LWG-certified tannery notes.
How to choose & style
Use Carolyn with wide trousers, cropped denim or a trench. The square toe looks best when the hem reveals the shoe rather than swallowing it.
