Story & heritage

Patravi TravelTec is one of the brand’s most distinctive complications. Carl F. Bucherer’s history notes a 2005 patent for the TravelTec monopusher mechanism, permitting parallel display of three time zones.

The official page calls it a time machine and states that its CFB 1901.1 chronograph displays three different time zones simultaneously.

Materials & craft

The selected official model uses automatic CFB 1901.1, 39 jewels, a 42-hour power reserve and COSC certification. Its 46.6 mm stainless-steel case includes chronograph, date, three-time-zone display, screw-down crown, sapphire crystal and 5 bar water resistance.
