Story & heritage
COS launched its first flagship on London’s Regent Street in 2007 and built a language of modern, seasonless pieces shaped by architecture, graphics and design. On Chicaire, the COS icons are therefore treated as quiet wardrobe anchors rather than logo-led status objects.
COS describes the Monument tote as distinctive in shape and designed in the atelier, with architectural appeal. The silhouette expands from the base and uses elongated shoulder straps threaded through the sides.
Materials & craft
The official page lists superior leather, a debossed croc-effect motif, zipper closure and an east-west silhouette. The brown croc-effect finish creates a tonal dégradé rather than relying on heavy hardware.
