Holzweiler's technical outerwear story consistently groups Lom with Dovre as one of its enduring men's down-jacket names. Where Dovre pushes outward through width and pocketing, Lom pushes downward: it is the more elongated, colder-weather expression of the same functional design language.
Materials & craft
Holzweiler describes the original Lom as a knee-length down jacket made from a responsibly sourced technical fabric with 10K/10K Waterproof DWR finishing and RDS-certified down. The silhouette is straight rather than oversized, with a funnel neck, hood, protective placket and fill power of 680 cuin.
How to choose & style
Lom is the easiest Holzweiler puffer to wear over tailoring because the long line creates order. Dark colours sharpen the effect; lighter colours make the same silhouette feel softer and more alpine.
