OOFOS was founded in 2011 in Braintree, Massachusetts, and the OOriginal Sandal is the style that launched the brand’s recovery thesis into the world. The company’s own copy calls it “the sandal that started it all,” and later styles explicitly trace their spirit back to this first silhouette.
As a recovery icon, the OOriginal sits at the center of OOFOS’ language: easy to slip on, simple in form, and built to turn the brand’s OOfoam™ concept into an everyday sandal rather than a technical running-shoe statement.
