Vetements’ Spring 2017 couture-week project was built from collaborations with heritage and mass brands; Vogue named Alpha Industries among the partners. The bomber remains one of the cleanest ways that idea translates into product: a familiar flight-jacket archetype made strange through proportion, seams, and hood construction.
