Story & heritage
Vibram FiveFingers were developed and introduced in 2005, then launched in the United States in early 2006 as thin, flexible toe shoes shaped to replicate a barefoot feel.
The official KSO page calls it one of the brand’s most successful FiveFingers styles, brought back to celebrate the rebirth of a legend and built around the practical idea of keeping gravel and grit out.
Materials & craft
Official copy describes the KSO with a snug fit, one of Vibram’s most minimal sole constructions for maximum ground feel, and a breathable, quick-drying upper.
How to choose & style
Choose KSO when the outfit is built for movement: shorts, cropped technical trousers, trail layers, or a gym kit where the shoe’s toe silhouette can read intentional rather than accidental.
