Story & heritage
Officially, photoprints are where the garment becomes a medium for agnès b.’s own pictures: beaches in Brittany, neon colour, Tokyo or New York graffiti. The house page describes photography being applied across a specific garment so the photo punctuates each season.
Materials & craft
The official photoprints story points to a digital printing workshop, followed by prototype development in the house workshop and fitting before the fashion show. Current pieces carry photographs across viscose, cotton, linen and jersey bases.
How to choose & style
Treat photoprints like a pattern with a memory attached. A single printed top with black trousers is the easiest route; the dresses and skirts work when the rest of the outfit is quiet enough for the image to stay legible.
