Story & heritage
Aiglentine adapts the house's men's boot vocabulary into a more contoured women's rain boot. Aigle describes it as inspired by the men's range, with an equestrian cut, an adjustment strap, and a lugged sole.
The product page explicitly states that Aiglentine is handmade in France, placing it inside the workshop story that has defined Aigle's rubber boots since the company moved production to Ingrandes in the twentieth century.
Materials & craft
The boot uses a mainly natural-rubber upper, polyamide lining, and rubber outsole. Aigle lists a flexible and comfortable upper, quick-drying lining, grip, and cushioning, and says a boot requires an average of 60 production stages with quality tests.
How to choose & style
Aiglentine is the dressier Aigle rain boot: sharper with a knee-length coat, riding-inspired jacket, or slim denim. The black version keeps the profile minimal, while seasonal colours make the strap detail more visible.
