Story & heritage
Berluti’s icon page presents the Fast Track as a 2016 design from Alessandro Sartori and describes it as a hybrid of formal and sportswear codes. Its role in the range is clear: it brings Berluti’s leather and brogue vocabulary into a sneaker without hiding the running-shoe sole.
The result is a recognisable Berluti silhouette for travel and city wear — more technical than Playtime, but still anchored in the house’s shoe language.
Materials & craft
The official Fast Track product page lists Venezia calf leather with technical mesh, a lightweight notched outsole and cemented construction. Brogue detailing and a transparent insert show the dress-shoe reference while keeping the shoe flexible.
How to choose & style
Use the Fast Track when tailoring needs speed rather than polish: technical trousers, overshirts, field jackets and travel suiting. Dark patina versions are easier than high-contrast colourways for weekday wear.
