Story & heritage
Buccellati’s official Hawaii page says the collection was inspired by founder Mario Buccellati in the 1930s and has been a bestseller since its inception. It is built from tiny circles formed from twisted gold threads and made as bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and rings.
Materials & craft
A Hawaii product page describes the twisted-wire technique: gold is extruded into very thin strands, twisted on themselves, and hand-welded one by one into tiny circlets that create movement and light.
How to choose & style
Hawaii is Buccellati’s lightest-looking icon. Let the chain or bracelet move freely against bare skin; the three-gold versions are useful when your other jewellery mixes metals.
