The Jadon takes more than six decades of Dr. Martens DNA and turns it into a platform silhouette. Vogue reported that the Jadon launched in 2013 as a modernised version of the classic 1460 boot.
Its eight-eye shape, inside zip and raised sole make it one of the clearest modern Docs icons.
Materials & craft
The Jadon is crafted from Polished Smooth leather with grooved sole edges, yellow welt stitching, a black-and-yellow heel loop and an inside zip.
Its Goodyear-welted construction is heat-sealed and stitched, while the platform sole gives the boot its extra height.
