Story & heritage
Emerica sits inside the Sole Technology skate-footwear family: the company was founded in 1996 for etnies, éS, Emerica and ThirtyTwo, and Emerica is described by its own store as skate shoes and apparel designed by skaters for the rigors of the streets.
Emerica describes the Low Vulc as a reimagined version of the classic “The Low”, keeping the stripped-down design and boardfeel focus while adding modern upgrades.
Materials & craft
The official Low Vulc copy names vulcanized construction for flex and control, a low-profile shape, G6 foam polyurethane footbed cushioning and reinforced construction for skating.
How to choose & style
This is the cleanest skate-shoe silhouette in the set: black/black disappears under dark denim, while creme makes the vulc shape more visible.
Choose it when boardfeel and a quiet profile matter more than padded cupsole bulk.
