Story & heritage
Sinn’s EZM 12 was designed for emergency personnel, and WatchBuys states it was designed for the German Air Rescue Team with patient and medication monitoring tools. It is one of the clearest examples of Sinn making a watch around a professional procedure rather than a style category.
The watch’s identity comes from timing: pulse, respiration and medication windows are built into the dial-and-bezel system.
Materials & craft
The 44 mm fully TEGIMENTED hardened-steel case has sapphire crystal, a solid back, Ar-Dehumidifying Technology, copper sulphate capsule, ETA 2836-2 automatic movement and 80,000 A/m magnetic-field protection. WatchBuys lists 200-meter water resistance.
How to choose & style
The EZM 12 is intentionally specialized, so wear it like a piece of equipment. It looks best on textile or rubber with technical outerwear; the color-coded timing scale is the design feature, not an accent to hide.
