Story & heritage
Camper's official Peu icon page dates the design to 2004 and calls it a truly comfortable Camper icon. The line grew from the same simplification impulse that produced Wabi.
Peu's identity is anatomical rather than decorative: it is built to follow the foot and preserve an easy, barefoot-style feeling.
Materials & craft
The official U.S. page for this Peu lists premium vegetable-tanned calfskin leather, PU footbeds, elastic laces, and TPU outsoles with 20% recycled content. Camper also notes that this model is made in Europe.
The elastic lacing and rounded toe shape keep the shoe casual while the stitched leather upper gives it durability and a recognizably Camper profile.
