Before fashion, Olivia von Halle worked as a trend forecaster — at The Future Laboratory in London for clients including Louis Vuitton and the Gucci Group, then in Shanghai as a luxury brand consultant. She launched her eponymous label in 2011.
By 2018 the brand was stocked in more than 120 stores across 26 countries, among them Harrods, Selfridges, Bergdorf Goodman, Neiman Marcus and Net-a-Porter. It was named a Walpole Brand of Tomorrow in 2013 and Lounge and Nightwear brand of the year at the UK Lingerie Awards.
