After the 2017 acquisition by Gildan, the official American Apparel assortment has focused on premium wholesale essentials rather than runway novelty. The icons here are the pieces that carry the brand's recognisable vocabulary now: Fine Jersey tees, CVC and Tri-Blend heathers, Heavyweight Cotton concert blanks, Baby Rib fits, and ReFlex fleece.
The 2003CVC Raglan keeps the CVC collection's soft fashion-basic premise and turns it into a three-quarter-sleeve baseball shape. It is one of the brand's clearest casual silhouettes: athletic, graphic-friendly, and built around contrast sleeves.
