Story & heritage
The official Lovedrops™ story calls it a B.P. de Silva icon, born from a creative collaboration between the brand’s designers in New York and Singapore. The house says the form took more than a year of refining, with an elegant dome and intricate filigree meant to be held, remembered and moved with.
Lovedrops™ is also important in the brand archive because B.P. de Silva applied for intellectual-property protection for the design. Vogue Singapore’s edit highlights the Lovedrops Lucky convertible earrings, connecting the curving motif to Peranakan-style porcelain tiles and to Singapore’s visual memory.
Materials & craft
The Royal Diamond Necklace is listed with an approximately 0.71-carat round diamond, approximately 0.30 carats of surrounding round diamonds, F colour and VS1 clarity, with an 18-inch chain. The official page states it is crafted in 18K Impact Gold in B.P. de Silva’s white-and-rose Colour Medley™.
How to choose & style
Lovedrops™ is the brand’s romantic all-rounder. The Royal necklace gives the motif maximum presence; the Dainty ring works as an everyday token; the Lucky convertible earrings are the most playful because the pearl drops can come off. It suits bridal jewellery, anniversary gifts and sentimental self-purchases.
