Story & heritage
EVISU was founded in Osaka in 1991 by Hidehiko Yamane and built its denim reputation around small-batch jeans: the brand history records early production at about 14 pairs a day, each finished with Yamane's seagull mark. That makes the rear-pocket Seagull, Daicock and Godhead details more than decoration—they are the visual language EVISU uses to connect current pieces back to its denim origin.
EVISU's official description calls out Japanese wash techniques, a vintage natural feel and a bold brushstroke Daicock print on the back. The jacket keeps the brand's denim vocabulary through cotton construction, button fastening, four pockets and a Godhead leather patch.

How to choose & style
Let the back print be seen: open over a white tee, it reads like a graphic denim shirt; closed, it works as the loudest layer in a monochrome fit.
