Story & heritage
EVISU was founded in Osaka in 1991 by Hidehiko Yamane and built its denim reputation around small-batch jeans: the brand history records early production at about 14 pairs a day, each finished with Yamane's seagull mark. That makes the rear-pocket Seagull, Daicock and Godhead details more than decoration—they are the visual language EVISU uses to connect current pieces back to its denim origin.
The #2030 relax fit is described by EVISU as roomy from waist to hem, with a light wash and natural whisker fading. Its pink rear-pocket Seagull keeps the silhouette connected to the brand's earliest hand-marked jeans while giving the wider shape a softer graphic hit.
Materials & craft
Produced in limited quantities in Okayama, Japan. The #2030 relax fit keeps things roomy from waist to hem — the kind of cut that feels easy without trying. A light wash pairs naturally with the relaxed silhouette, lending the whole jean a laid-back, vintage-inflected everyday feel. Whisker fading extends naturally across the wide fabric, adding a worn-in quality that only gets better with wear. The pink Seagull print surfaces cleanly at the rear pockets, quietly anchoring the look in EVISU's heritage. How to choose & style
Let the relaxed cut breathe: oversized shirting, hoodies and chore jackets make the Seagull read casual rather than costume-heavy.
