Story & heritage
The official Daisy product pages describe the collection as inspired by a 1940s daisy-shaped brooch gifted to HM Queen Margrethe II of Denmark. That royal association is why the motif feels both decorative and ceremonial.
The brooch/pendant keeps the idea closest to its origin: a flower that can sit on a lapel or hang from a chain, bridging jewellery and dress ornament.
Materials & craft
Current Daisy pieces use sterling silver or 18 karat gold-plated sterling silver with hand-plated enamel. The offered brooch/pendant is listed in 18 karat gold-plated sterling silver with a 2022 design year.
How to choose & style
Use a single Daisy pendant as a nostalgic everyday piece, or pin the brooch on a blazer, cardigan or scarf where the enamel flower can read clearly. Blue enamel feels sharper and more contemporary; white is the classic.
