Story & heritage
Frivole is one of Van Cleef & Arpels' floral signatures. The mini pendant distills the collection into a small three-dimensional blossom: bright, polished, and deliberately light on the chain.
The line belongs to the Maison's broader history of flowers, animals and fairies, but Frivole is less narrative than sculptural — a flower reduced to movement and shine.
Materials & craft
The official mini pendant is 18K yellow gold with a diamond. Polished heart-shaped petals form the flower, and the diamond acts as a small center point rather than an overpowering stone.
How to choose & style
The mini is best when you want brightness rather than volume. It works beautifully with open necklines and can sit beside a fine chain, but too many nearby pendants will blur the flower shape.
