725C Cordura Boat Tote L
The large Cordura tote for gym days, short trips and generous everyday carry.
Story & heritage
Founded in Paris in 1976 after Hervé Chapelier's Los Angeles bag-making beginnings, the house built its reputation on light, color-driven utility rather than heavy status hardware. Its canon is a vocabulary of cabas, boat totes, shoulder bags and travel bags that repeat the same practical geometry in different fabrics and sizes.
The 725C scales the Cordura boat tote up to the large size. Official descriptions frame it as the version for more luggage — gym, short trip or days when the standard tote is not enough.
Materials & craft
It keeps the same Cordura nylon and cotton-trim construction as the 707C, with a snap button, no pocket and a broad boat-shaped base. The listed large dimensions are 49 x 29 x 24 cm.
How to choose & style
The L size looks best when it has a little volume inside; empty, it collapses into a soft, casual silhouette. Treat it as a polished alternative to a weekender rather than as a structured handbag.
