Story & heritage
Scott’s archive describes the 1995 Endorphin as the company’s first carbon mountain bike and a true legend after World Cup and Olympic visibility. The Scale RC carries that hardtail-carbon thread into a contemporary race frame.
The official Scale RC Team Issue page frames the bike around stiffness, light weight and three decades of carbon expertise, keeping the idea brutally simple: accelerate away from the pack every time the course points upward or smooths out.
Materials & craft
The Scale RC Team Issue uses an HMF carbon frame with adjustable head angle, Syncros cable integration and an Advanced Shock & Standing Damping System. The build pairs a RockShox SID SL Select fork with SRAM GX AXS Transmission, Fulcrum Red Zone wheels and Maxxis Rekon Race tires.
How to choose & style
Scale RC looks sharpest when kept minimal: bottle, computer, no extra bags. The white livery reads pure race; black or teal variants feel quieter and more trail-adjacent without losing the XC stance.
