The Puzzle family's great leveller — a tote that folds flat, holds everything, and costs half the small.

Story & heritage
The Puzzle Fold Tote arrived as an extension of the Puzzle family, translating the bag's signature origami seaming and fold-flat engineering into a generous open-top tote format. Where the original Puzzle is an architectural statement, the Fold is its utilitarian sibling: lighter, roomier, and priced to reach a wider audience while carrying the same geometric DNA.
By 2024 the Puzzle Fold had become one of the most-carried bags of the season — a rare case of a luxury house's most democratic silhouette becoming its most culturally visible one. The 10th anniversary of the Puzzle in 2025 confirmed the Fold's permanent place in the canon.
Materials & craft
The Fold Tote is cut from grained calfskin and shares the Puzzle's characteristic seaming — six panels stitched together so the bag can collapse into a completely flat form. Unlike the structured Puzzle, the Fold has no internal frame; its body softens under the weight of its contents, giving it a more relaxed carry. The LOEWE wordmark in silver-tone appears on the face. Hardware is minimal: a pair of leather rolled handles and a flat base.
How to choose & style
The Medium is the right scale for most — it holds a laptop, a change of clothes, and still doesn't overwhelm. Black reads as a refined everyday tote; tan or natural tones push toward weekend. The lack of external pockets means it works best paired with a bag organiser insert. The Fold is the rare luxury tote that looks better slightly overfilled than empty.
